LongevityMap Build 3: Release Notes

Release date: June 24, 2017
Number of entries: 550
Number of genes: 884
Number of variants: 3144

Build 3 of the LongevityMap represents mostly a qualitative improvement, after the major quantitative update in build 2. No new entries were added but dozens of entries were updated with improved annotation from the latest human genome assembly. Because we rebuilt the data, ID numbers were reshuffled when compared to previous builds.

Please remember these notes refer to the latest stable build of the LongevityMap. The current LongevityMap stats may differ slightly from the above due to improvements after the build's release.
